I say easiest because it's the least risky both legally and financially, given my current evaluation.Who knows, once I view the property later today and after more research I may not see the potential, but I would still like to see where this would take me.

If you obtain a property as an individual, you are at risk of being named in any lawsuit and would have to defend all of your assets including personal whereas in an LLC, the risk is insulated to the LLC itself.
