Local bank loan Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I’d love to get together with active wholesalers in the area to share each other value we could provide each other.

Also, any recommendations for local contractors (I do have a agent & lender lined up)?

I recommend interviewing local real estate agents and property managers in your target area to gain insights into the market.

You want an LLC for ease of administration, trusts are kind of annoying as they can act as their own taxable vehicles as opposed to single-member or pass-through entities that an LLC can provide.

Of course you need a solid agent on the ground. 

So although the common wisdom or recommendation is to talk to a lawyer (which I did) I'm getting conflicting advice on this whole issue of Wyoming LLCs and the level of protection and anonymity they actually provide.
