My dream property is a property I own in Costa Rica, which is a 2 bed/1 bath on 13,000 square feet of land within 60 seconds walk to a surfing beach, in a small beach town of 500 people, located 25 minutes drive from a larger beach down.I plan on building a surf shed to house surf boards, a large swimming pool, a bbq area, fruit trees throughout the property, install a streem with a small waterfall and fish, then tear down the existing house a couple years down the road and put in a 5 bed/6 bath house, use it for myself every 90 days, going there with family and friends, the rest of the time rent it out short term rental.   

You can't compare it to other "thoughts" on this site because than its oranges to apples. 

While I live in Orange County,I build, sell investment property, invest and property manage in 29 Palms.  

Trying to compare one part of Cleveland to another can be an apples to oranges scenario.

Until someone says they no longer require my services, I will attempt to provide it, may never be fruitful, but my clients can't say I gave up on them.

Hello all, I'm closing on my first multi-family in a few weeks just outside of Newark, in East Orange, NJ and am a first-generation homebuyer in the states, wondering where can I make connections in multifamily.

I know there is no rent cap in San Bernardino like in Los Angeles and Orange County. 

Comparing to Internet is like orange juice to apple.

I think I may take the "drive around and see homes" approach to get in the field a bit more, gain a sense of the neighborhood and spot potential low hanging fruit.
