There WILL be expenses for a house that is almost 100 years old.This may be a good deal, IDK, but quick math this is one I would pass and look for something that fits my needs better, but everyone is different.

But I do know that the approach is quite different because you're dealing with a realtor instead of the seller directly.Feel free to reach out with any questions about flipping and wholesaling. 

That's very different than requiring it, after you've already paid someone else $400 to do your video.  

By ONLY looking at people with a lot of money in stocks and bonds, they get a very different sort of person than you might find on this site.
