Ever since I have been listening and learning about all the amazing ways to begin a Real Estate Investing future I have began to notice things I would have never seen had I not began my path towards Real Estate investing, just driving the same route back from my work everyday I began to notice houses with for sale signs in the lawns, houses that have been renovated and houses next door that haven't, almost like the law of attraction if you will lol!

They could not have had good drainage with that wad and never said anything to us even though we always told them to let us know if they noticed any leaks or slow drains, etc.

Just make sure you give 30 days notice to the landlord.If your goal is to house hack, it may be difficult to find a duplex using drive for dollars and yellow letters unless you find something owned by a tired landlord, and most of those guys know what their stuff is worth.I closed on a duplex in Portland last week.

I've done tons of homework and have one specific question—my realtor is concerned that if I purchase a home in the next few months I will be selling in the fall/winter, when the housing marked noticeably cools.Do you, smart readers, recommend putting the project on hold until I can sell in the spring/summer?
