Wholesaler newby again.  As I stated in my previous message, I found some vacant properties. I need to find investors.  I've had one of the properties assessed for repair costs by a contractor and I'm still waiting for a price quote.  It's in the East Point area which is not a bad area. The neighborhood has been through some noticeable hard times but seems to be redeveloping.  I drove through it and there is definite potential in that area.  The homes are really cute.  The area kind of reminds me of New England.
