@Mike McKeown - I have a short-term rental in Chicago, which is a 2 flat so I rent one apartment out as normal and use the other as an AirBnB. 

It normally costs $300-$600 per unit for them to inspect it and do dust swipes.

(I.e. a normal charge is $25 for a smoker it could be $75).

@Naftali GreenYou normally want to set up an LLC in the state where your property is located in.

I know this would normally seem crazy in a small town but there is a HIGH demand for pet-friendly rentals (both Invermere, and people working at Panorama Ski Resort) and none of the rental companies are accommodating these people with pets (for good reason- I know). 

Does this still require the normal eviction route or can something quicker be done (e.g. code enforcement)?

@Tak Ogihara you are paying utilities that are normally paid by tenants if it a single family house.

Look for areas where expenses seem higher than normal (ie: landscaping, insurance, property management) 3.

And if they are, how do they normally charge?
