While this is a bit outside of what I do and I don't know a whole ton about it; I think it could be useful when evaluating properties to purchase and perhaps considering additions things to insure for.The accessibility issue might or might not be an issue depending of height, the buyer's mobility and so on. 

Mobile homes that need a lot of rehab are around $15,000 and used nice 2 bed 1 bath is between $40,000-$70,000.

Did you use an app like CallFire or Burner?

Does anyone know of any existing apps that can at least give a rough estimate of carpet, tile, wood flooring, roof, paint, sheet rock per sq ft?

The second house is a Mobile Home which probably is not on a foundation.
