I just acquired a mentor yesterday.

However, my current goal as a college student without access to disposable income is to learn as much as possible about whole selling and using some of those funds to help pay for my education and re-invest.Specifically on this site I am looking for mentors who can guide me in either my short term or long term real estate goals.

I am looking for a brokerage that is investor-friendly (having investor-minded agents, and a focused investor clientele), use more of modern marketing technology, provide training or mentoring for new agents, and have agents and brokers working in office to bounce ideas.

I look forward to meeting potential collaborators, mentors, and like-minded individuals - but would like a bit of guidance in how to even go about RE proposals if you have no proof of your own success. 

I do have my mentors that I speak to but they aren't involved in the day to day.
