Hey Paul, I was too wanting to loo into Wellings Capital, I current invest in another syndication that referenced you as a legitimate source. 

While there are some legitimate deals out there, many require an upfront payment that is far more than the actual value of the property.

This is something that will help me legitimize (internally) what I am doing.  

I suspect these are legitimate calls trying to find housing for the influx if migrants in the area.

Also, effective online rental advertisement venues besides Zillow aptartment.com and Facebook. 

Does this mean that it legitimately has leaks or is that a boiler plate they put on for winterized properties since they can't actually turn the water on?  

Economy here is legitimately organic growth and expanding at a nice pace.
