API can be used so that leads / prospects are directly recorded into Insightly through your website form.

They are a pain to schedule and they almost always lead to some follow-up time and cost, but they are well worth the trouble.We've also been amazed at how slow tenants are to raise issues.  

Hi Bp I wanted to know if FSBO.COM is a good place to gather leads for wholesaling , fix and flip projects?

I came across a lead today on a lady that was looking to sell a couple homes so we got to talking and it turns out she owns a 18 unit MHP in a small town an hour away from me.  

I've only used him for residential financing, but ask him about commercial and i'm sure he will help you or lead you in the right direction.

the bird dog brings the leads to the wholesaler and gets paid for them depending on the lead could be $500-$1000 if the wholesaler makes a deal 

I have read multiple books and also attend REIA meetings regularly, but I wanted to reach out to the local and larger community on here to see:*Where are you all finding the most success locating motivated seller leads and also buyers for those properties who can then become a consistent purchaser?

The best part is that you know none of them have a financial interest in leading you astray, and many of them have quite a bit of experience.
