So when I'm looking for houses, 2 full bathrooms is always a must and I just make sure when I vet my tenants that they will be clean and tidy people so that sharing a bathroom won't be as much of an issue.Super late on this post but what are some things you vet for during the screening process that lets you know your tenants will be clean and tidy?

It would be a shame to set up in an area like unincorporated Adams County that doesn't currently have an ordinance, but where STR's are operating "under the radar", only to have short term rentals banned completely soon after you set up (tighter restrictions on STR's has been the trend over the past 10-15 years, although lately some places like Arvada and possibly soon Lakewood have reversed the trend).
