What I've learned in the end is that these home inspectors are not skilled in communication and they treat a small issue equally with a crack in the foundation or faulty electric panel.

I’m eager to learn first hand the wholesale process - finding properties, building a buyers list, ins and outs of contracts and networking with agents, flippers and investors.

Looking to buy a property management company in King County or learn from those who have experience with this type of transaction as a way to grow their real estate management business. 

I would suggest shadowing an experienced broker, learning the ropes of the business, and challenge yourself to do the hardest files.

Lessons learned?

While I haven't personally experienced a tenant causing major fire damage, here are a few thoughts and suggestions based on what I've learned from the BiggerPockets community:First and foremost, I hope everyone is safe and unharmed.
