Not knocking your numbers but I think there is something wrong.

For foreclosures where no access is permitted, I door knock the neighbors on each side and across the street to find out the upkeep when someone was living there.

Knocking the project out in a month instead of 4 or 5. 

@ They could also knock you over the head and rob or rape you during an in-person showing.Could an applicant steal the appliances or copper pipes?

Not at all.You truly need to define what "works" means.Can you get a deal using door knocking?

Hi BP Community,I am based in Central TX and work a full-time 9-5 job and I want to find out how to start my REI journey since I can't be door-knocking or at properties except for weekends. 

Drive for dollars, mailers, networking events, MLS, billboards, bandit signs , door knocking

I could have knocked out some prerequisites at a cheaper school.

I can remember when I have had reached that point of no return a few times and I was knocking on the tenants door essentially saying shape up or ship out.  

I'm not knocking higher education, it's just that you seem to have already chosen your career path......?
