I don't really consider owning two houses being "in" the real estate business, just because some kid mows a lawn in the summer for extra spending money doesn't mean he's a landscaper or even in the lawn care business.

I used to get a great response off that thing, then one of the trainers started hawking on it and I kid you not, there were 50+ "we buy houses" ads in that thing at one point.
