That's a whole different process and liens in AZ are first in time first in right as well so it can get pretty messy if they have a lot of debts against the property.

That being said, I plan on living in the house hack for at least 2 years (although if it goes smoothly it will be closer to 3) at which point in time I will have a property manager run it.

Can someone please recommend a good property manager in the area who is intimately familiar with that neighborhood and can help me rent and manage that property?
