This contrast greatly with New York, where they simply blow our numbers away in terms of new units built each year.Because we're so much slower at adding supply and we're not building dense enough, we're simply not able to keep up with the demand and that is keeping prices high, effectively stalling Phase III - Hypersupply of the real estate cycle.Just to meet the demand and prevent home prices from growing at the 200%+ rate it's been heading, we need to be building hundreds of thousands of new units more than we're already building every year.So why aren't developers rushing to develop in Los Angeles?

I just want to know if I'm heading in the right direction.

Off the top of your head, how many real estate companies can you name that do it all under one roof?  

(Does not matter if the 1st falls on a Sunday or a holiday as the banks don't care either for a homeowner)  It is awesome because it never fails that I get a text or call saying that "I am heading to the bank right now, praying it is still open when I get there"  

My head says it's a good idea.... my imagination is causing me to pull back.

The 16+ seer models run super efficient and I've always had single head unit, as when the outside compressor fails, it doesn't take down a whole multi-headed system which I'd been counseled against by several experienced AC installers.  

Germantown, Laurel, Hyattsville, Frederick, parts of DC all offer cash flowing properties, and that is just off the top of my head.

I do think a buyers agent would have helped me in this instance though.
