I live in southern California in the inland empire, if you were in my position what would you do?

This is especially important in the moist environment of the Pacific Northwest.... or should I say Pacific North"wet".

I sympathize a bit with the agents given so much inventory and little interest in land, but they are putting it in local magazines etc.  

So it can be done on the west coastAnd In CA. you can find cash flow as well .. just not within 20 miles of the ocean in most areas.. but inland you can definitely find same quality cash flow as in many other states plus the lifestyle in CA.. can be pretty fantastic really.

Hello everyone that will see this,I'm a newbie so please bare with me, I'm becoming more and more interested in buying tax liens and tax deeds the more I read about it, but I haven't had the opportunity to go to an auction yet or physically met anyone who is doing this, so if anybody out here is from Northwest indiana and goes to auctions to buy tax liens and tax deeds, please I'd like to meet.

I was thinking of selling them to development company or investors that specialize in land development, but what else is there and where to start finding contacts typically?

I'm in Huntington Beach and have done very well investing buy and hold here for appreciation as well as inland to one of those little gems David Dye is likely referring to.
