I have lived in the SF Bay Area my whole life but it is my belief that the climate crisis will have an immensely negative impact on California, Western, and Southern States in the long run and furthermore the housing prices are so expensive here, which is why I have my eyes set on the Great Lakes Region because of the plentiful natural resources and cooler climate.

At any rate if you have a bad feeling about this couple (and the "money business" of the boyfriend plus what sounds like 3 high energy children ready to wreck your house would worry me more) then find a way not to continue with their application process.good points. he did a typical diversion asking if the place was safe so you would think positively of him. honestly some people think that they are able to outsmart everyone. all we have to do is just to open our eyes and ears and observe.

You may need to put more down to cash flow....maybe 25%.Also rents have lagged sales price increases, but look to catch up quickly....rents in DFW are up around 14% this year, so if we get a couple of years of those kinds of increases, you'll be sitting well in a year or two or three.
