IDK if it makes sense right or I can not see the advantage other than one could be a small investor for as little as one coin I imagine. 

I'm just imagining that when you need to add a new rule/policy after the tenant has signed, you can modify just the addendum and give notice of the change to tenants. 

There are only 10 divisions and 5 corps, and Hood is the headquarters of one of each.Population has nearly doubles in the last twenty years, so it's not a stretch to imagine it doubling again in the next 30.

I would imagine if/when you need or choose to sell, you would have similar problems that the original owners had when they sold to you unless you are able to remedy the underlying issues.

@David Faulkner, I can imagine what a motivated SFR buyer is and how he/she feels because most of them are not investors :-) I like apartments better though...
