I personally am a big fan of physical contact and believe it is part of the human experience.  

But, tenants are humans and human nature is such that inherited tenants are usually a pain in the rear. 

With loan defaults on the rise, record unemployment numbers, and states delaying evictions and even proposing rent cancelations, there is not a living breathing human being on the face of the Earth now who knows that their property is a safe investment.

I wouldn’t over-complicate a roommate situation and typically if they are normal human beings, they will be ok sharing responsibilities for shared items like cleaning products, toilet paper, etc and you can split those costs like adults.

From reading these comments, it looks like I'm not alone.I guess it's like how I don't do my hair and make-up for my husband during quarantine, taking people for granted is human nature!

Maslow's Hierarchy....Food, water, shelter are the basic building blocks of humanity and order, without them things like love, enlightenment, self-realization(the higher levels of the hierarchy) are much less likely to be achieved.Not only are we involved in providing one of those basic building blocks, it does not take a genius or a ruthlessly competitive person to eventually earn a high social status(wealth) from the fruits of our labor and sacrifices.

@Jonathan S.Covered and protected with his terms of lease agreement for that amount of time may bring to many possibilities and characteristics that may arise from his end such as sense self ownership, disputes, a sense of pride, the bigger brother, and so many flaws from his end as human that you are not aware of yet and aren’t willing to tolerate later.

A person with MS is still a human being and has the rights to live in a home/apartment like the rest of us so long as they qualify.

Just saying there are multiple factors in decision making because we are humans not robots. 

So it's anyone's guess how many people are taking advantage but reportedly it's a lot.This is Human Nature 101.
