I know they are renovating 3/3 units there.

I will contribute money for buying and renovation, and the partner found the deal and will do management of the project, split is 50/50.

people are funny.. complain about RE making 4k but will buy a rehabber house from a wholesaler who puts up no money takes no risk and walks away with 50 to 20k.. and think that is fine..

I would say MOST children are never exposed to financial literacy in the house or in school.
