Right now I'm at hold status since the prices have not gone up and one is slighty underwater.Since I've done it in the past, the strategy I know of now is buy and hold (nowadays, it must be positive cashflow).

Clearly if the GOP can win Ted Kennedy's Senate seat, the Dems are screwing up big time...and you have to imagine if they can lose this seat, there will be a lot more lost in the near future...If the Dems try to push this current health care bill without due process (waiting for Brown to be seated), they deserve to lose all their seats...

You need to provide real details - price, rehab cost, location (not address, but at least the city), rents, current status (vacant, I'd guess from your "all in rentable condition" statement), etc.
