We really have not solved the problem at all and have in fact made it worse.The government-controlled financial institutions that mess up the mortgage market are still there, so the potential for irresponsible lending in the future is still intact.Similarly, as I have mentioned before, we have transferred debt from individuals to the collective and not solved that problem either.We spend about 17% of our income on health care.

Even if you did make 10K on the deal (which is unlikely), that would only be a 7% return on your cash investment with substantial risk of that number being much lower.Again, maybe I am a scared little chicken.
