@Loren Thomashere is an interesting scenario.We found a 240v feed to a wall heater with blower, (fed through a double pole thermostat), that also feeds a 240v window a/c that is wired behind the heater inside the wall.

If landscaping is just cutting the grass, that will be cheaper than putting in a water feature, cutting down 30 trees and building a retaining wall.And contractor labor costs will vary as well -- you might pay $2/sf for carpet installation from a local installer, or if you hired me, I'd probably charge closer to $100/sf for the same job, plus travel costs.Long story short, price per square foot is meaningless.
