This is a follow-up to my last post, wherein I was contemplating walking away from my first potential deal (I did), mainly because of the inability to see any sort of detailed financial history for the 8-unit property.I tried doing some searching for my particular question in the forums, but I can't seem to figure out the right keywords.

@Kevin MarinoAs someone who just graduated college and closed on their first deal I can tell you the best thing I did was not to follow the crowd throughout school.

I am following a lot of Max Maxwell videos on youtube, very helpful by the way!

A licensed Architect in CA could probably design this for you and also add structural information that the GC can follow.
