The market is going crazy here.I'm a pharmacist, 38 years old and I'd love to retire from pharmacy sooner than later.I love Idaho...the Elk and upland hunting, fly fishing, etc. 

They were absolutely freaked-out that they literally had "found a dead fly" on a countertop.

These two are things that tend to kill Real Estate Businesses before they can really fly.

I'm not talking about infestation or anything, I'm talking about common pests that come and go: ants, flies, centipedes, moths, spiders, etc.

I could potentially go into flooring and brace old jousts to stabilize the floor a bit but again I would be learning on the fly here.Again, any advice on how to proceed on this topic would be appreciatedThanks Yuri

Translate very expensive and with lawyers flying all over the room.Since it's your primary I'd recommend chatting with your accountant to see if you can create an entity to sell the property to so you can take advantage of the 121 exemption and have your development arm get the property with a higher basis. 

A tenant a few years ago had a pet bird, (not sure what kind), and on a visit to change out the furnace filter, we witnessed the bird flying freely inside the large house.
