Having a variety of systems definitely makes things more complicated.

@Nerijus Ramanauskas this property isn't in CA so I can't speak to the 433(A) issue.All I know is that I've always been interested in manufactured homes for a variety of reasons and this one is extremely intriguing to me :).Doing more research...

Since you are pursuing a variety of avenues (just like me!)

It means that if you sell any object (say cars), then don't dilute your time, money and effort to diversify into non-car objects (eg flowers & candy).
