My main goal is cashflow with my rental properties.

I am currently a full time investor, focusing on wholesaling deals at the moment, so that I can build capital to do fix and flips, which is my end-goal.

My 2017 Goal is to flip three single family homes and add another BRRR to my portfolio.

That's awesome that you have your goal set.  

I am preparing to close on a flip, but am feeling like my goal of picking up 5 more units (good deals) this year will be tough.  

Our goal is the standard BRRRR model as found on bigger pockets.  

I plan to do same to reach my goals.

In 6 years $40k of my student loans will be relieved with the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program (since the university is considered public sector) and during that time I can take advantage of a university-paid master's program (once I figure out which one will best suit my goals).

Real world I'd probably get $45k-$50k for it in today's market.It might sound like a stretch but my goal is to build my portfolio up enough to where I can get on BP's podcast and tell this story as part of my journey.  

Personal stuff - I love spending as much time as possible with my 5 yr old daughter and the rest of my family, I love fitness (generally work out at least 5x a week), and I've recently developed (better late than never) a passion for real estate investing as a means of 'getting out of the rat race' as well as acquiring knowledge in general in order to better myself and share that knowledge to help others.I haven't uploaded my Pro video yet, but I plan to as soon as I get a moment so my BP peers can get a better feel (beyond the photo) for who I am.
