At some point they had a fall out so leasee left the unit ( I was unaware) so the roommate brought a roommate to supplement the rent (I was unaware) the first roommate than left the state (I was unaware).

There could be good reasons for this, but generally this falls in the realm of "impact investing" that is more environmentally focused and thus attracts a different class of investors. 

With my profession, my income could end with one fall, or many other reasons as I have seen with some of my friends over the years .

After a while hustling becomes more comfortable though, & things fall into place.

Then government tax revenues fall and it has trouble providing basic services.

The original plan was to use it in the summer and then STR Airbnb it in the fall/winter/spring to help cover the expenses. 

When you see a crop duster in the fall they are almost always spraying fungicide on corn or a fungicide and insecticide mixture on beans.

A correction was due, but not a falling out.
