I like’m, normally they look so ugly you can snap them up for cheap, buy a couple blocks of those, light rehab with flooring and paint, and boom instantly double your money. these also had central drains in bathroom and living area.. so you really did just hose it down..

I would think that wall anchors if installed correctly would be considered an improvement, just like putting in new kitchen cabinets, new gas lines or new drain tile.
