I’d like to get her a safe place to live but can’t afford to cover the difference if she can’t pay market rent, so this seems like an ideal solution to keep her housed and safe.

Ideally I find a property to live in and rent out the other unit, and having the property eventually cash flow when I move out and repeat the process ( From my research so far this will likely be outside seattle?).
