This guy barely makes enough income monthly to cover rent. how is he going to pay for other expenses like food car utilities schooling etc. after he uses up the proceeds from the sale.

There is amazing food, tourism with the Cowboys practice facility shops etc.

I am delighted by the optimism in these responses. 

Downtown Vegas is teeny but fun and there is a lot of walkable nightlife and food and neon.

Food dishes were left out and the cats would go to the doors meowing whenever they wanted food, lol!  

Common clutter and food is in easy to reach spots for mice.

Much more lively, younger demographic, better food etc.

I'm able to populate any POI to the map to show a snowmobiler where to get fuel, food, etc.

I read an article about food companies cutting down on extraneous fancy stuff (no more strawberry Oreo cookies, for example) and paring their product line down to their core offerings.
