I paid the lenders' high rates which caused me to paus and really consider how much money, in dollars, each investment needed to make.This was a great experience in terror and inconvenience as I had many of the disputes with bureaucratic credit card companies that others have, dispite being what I believe was the ideal customer/borrower.

.- OO do take a lot of the good deals - and frankly there are people who scam that system so it isn't a level playing field- No one to talk to - whatever broker that handles them normally doesn't care about buyers becuase they have the gov. contract locked up - so no one to reach and very poor customer serviceWhat I do like:- $500 EMD.

After they learn these principles, then the homework may begin just as they did when they were in school.Having a mentor or coach to assist in their experience can be a plus, so long as that teacher is qualified and does not attempt to teach anything contrary to the basic principle learned, there are some bad ones that should be picking up the basics as well.Your education in RE is never ending, you will always be learning new regulations, keeping up with laws and local customs change, so staying current is a challenge as well.As to learning the basics, your local real estate school is probably the best place to begin.

If you offer a service to buy a property via marketing and you cannot fulfill that service, wouldnt you be doing the customer a favor by offering more solutions.
