Some people seem to think it’s a scam when the first complication is a form asking for personal informations.

Those are typical hidden costs and complications that can really impact the profitability/feasibility of ADUs.

I was just trying to get some ideas because most of the floorplans and roof lines I have found seem unnecessarily complicated.
