., my PM filled the vacancy himself.Our latest house will go on the MLS as well, but our PM (a different one for this property) says he will just pay $100 as a referral fee.Maybe some agents and Realtors can chime in here with what the industry norm is and what the typical expectations are for compensation when producing a qualified tenant for somebody else's property.

Example...total bid is $ 10,000...we write in contract to compensate $100/day for each day of early completion...but, it goes the other way too...Contractor's bid is reduced by $100/day for each day they go over on timeline.
