The house would essentially need to be gutted.3) The owner passed away and her 3 children are wanting to get rid of the house.  2 of the children want it gone, but the third is holding out on his unrealistic assumptions.4)  House (built in 1917) nearby is listed at $525,000 with 7Bed/5bath on 1.4 acres in "move-in ready" condition with a pool in the backyard.

Avg amount of doors managed 100I have two fav's  one is kicking folks out who deserve it and renting to folks who are good people and just need a break.We own singles, and 4 units and are down to are last 6.Be ready for long hrs and have a tough heart or you will be burned more often then not.Setting on a 45ft catamaran in the BVITo sell the management to someone else I would say my worst would be walking in to a apart that we just took over from another group were the small children were sleep in dog (@@#$^^SH) and there were maggots in the sink.

Any grown adult (and most children) without some serious mental problems is capable of changing a lock set without injuring themselves and a new set only costs $15 at Family Dollar.

That saying really annoys the husband and children, but applies to so many RE situations.Tell the seller you are sorry and that everyone on your team really thought the deal could be done using the contract price.
