They are searching rehabbed sold properties on the MLS and looking up investors/sellers/buyers with multiple properties and then performing an audit of their disclosures and to make sure painting procedures are being processed correctly.

Thoughts- I have thought about suing for non performance and the thought has crossed my mind that they could wholesale the property at the new price- don't know if I'm overthinking things here.

The idea is that if you hold the stock long enough, the accrued dividends to the shareholder will produce a yield that will be strong, regardless of the performance of the underlying stock price.

-not firing contractors more quickly when they repeatedly perform below expectations-not being more firm on what I want/need, expectations etc.

It's whatever can be agreed to.Know this going in, in the minds of partners that perform work performing tasks, a partnership is never fair, one will feel like they are doing more than another, but if that's what the agreement spells out, you agreed, it's fair. :)
