@Linda Lape A couple of things come to mind. 1 - offer to raise sales price by $3k instead or adjust other terms 2 - borrow $3k from another source3 - sell something you own of value4 - bring in a partner

I would raise the only tenants who i think qualify as good tenants up 50 bucks to 475 for their one bedroom and clean everyone else out and re-rent it at a more appropriate rate.

@Shane Craig I create the LLC of my company in the state I live in and a foreign LLC in the state the property is located that will take title to the property.In other words, my my investment company is called A&M Equity Group, LLC, registered in the state of Alabama, and we bought a property in Texas that we raised money to purchase.
