I've been using REDx for non-owner occupied and pre-foreclosure leads. I would say that only 40% of the numbers work.
Does anyone else here use RedX, Landvoice, and Vulcan. What has been your experience?

I suggest envolopes from you local dollar store and stamps books from the post office, they are cheaper when you by them in booklets.and if you have the list in a spreadsheet, color coordinate them every time the call Red, Green.

I feel like I'd rather wait until I find a house before pooling funds bc it could take a couple months and I'd hate for everyone's money to be sitting there not being utilized.Thanks guys, I hate red tape and just want to get to the deals!

Fresh paint and a nice red front door goes a long way.As far as the deck/patio, it obviously depends on the property, but It should help the property sell quickly which is worth money, but wont get you much of ROI.
