Any particular parts of Philadelphia or do you try and lump them all in a few blocks from each other?

Recently, I have taken the time to randomly drive around some of the areas, and have seen that some neighborhoods vary dramatically block by block ex. neighborhood east of the Delmar Loop.  

When I tried messaging people on here it said I was blocked from messaging.

I have missed more deals from the stop and go, ebb and flow of capital availability than any other thing.Does anyone have any advice on how you were able to overcome any of these stumbling blocks in the beginning of your investor journey?

There is a tall wall that runs along Talbott street to block most of the tracks visually.

We submitted the offer, but no reply/response or counter offer from the sell side.Is this normal in Jacksonville and could it be possible that the sell side agent/broker is blocking offers from other agents for some reason?
