Over the years, Karen and her husband have developed general offices, medical offices, multi families, office parks, office/retail condos, medical/dental clinics and a residential subdivision.

My girl friend at the time (now my wife of 12 years) and I borrowed money from family and bought a 3 bedroom fixer.

I keep all my property separate (llc or personal) I have several rentals now.we, or I, don't like DEBT. so overages = when I can pay cash or enough down.it helped that I moved from a city that 1-2bedroom condo started 450,000+ to a 4-5 bedroom single family for <200,000 townI am not like most investor here...

Also, if your loan is for a rental property and you want the best rate and term pricing, I        was told 25% down is needed (not only for condos, but also for single family homes)...but    again, check with a loan specialist in your area.     

Might need to add some extra footage for the right feel on the master bedroom/bath combo.

I know multiple brand new officers who rent $1,300/month one bedroom apts (not including utilities) with additional $150/month garage fees.

I recently purchased 1BR condo on the 3nd floor.

I do not like condos for the reasons of the HOA.
