RI I love too because its beautiful but again a bit high on taxes.

My thoughts were that an exec would prefer a gorgeous huge house with beautiful yard over an apartment or condo.

There's not enough information to make the decision, but total rent of $1,500 for a house for sale at $185,000 is a red flag.

There are a few new twists and was hoping to could help give me input on what you would do.House:- 3985 sqft 6 bed 5 full bath - A beautiful 1000+ sqft open studio with bedroom and full bath attached which is part of the overall sqft.

It's as if these beautiful, buildings are calling me to save.I think the building is 20 units, 1 building is 8 units, The bigger building is 12 units. not including the basement level, gutted/demoed on inside, except for inner walls. new concrete surrounds building.
