Simply give them a copy of the bill, after they pay December rent.. and then say 3 days to pay the bill, if they don't pay it give them a pay or quit and next step is file for non-compliance This has NOTHINIG TO DO with SECURITY DEPOSIT.This is a clause of their lease, if they don't pay they don't stay.
