Hello! My tenant won't pay water and sewer but this is what is in their signed lease "Tenant responsible for the payment of all utilities in relation to the property" I should be able to take it out of their security deposit after they move out legally correct? Thank you!

If you have no intention of inforcing your lease why do you bother having one. If you do not  inforce the lease language the lease will be null and void..

If you intend to stay in business learn your state landlord tenant regulations and take direct and immediate action to inforce the lease.

Serve your pay or quit notice and evict if they do not comply.
