A lot of positive things to report back on what I have learned, and some confusion/questions.Over the past 2 weeks, I have been to 2 REIA meetings, told 5 people about Bigger Pockets (3 at REIA meetings, previous Realtor who works on investments, and a friend from work), and listened to 9 Podcasts while driving to and from customer appointments throughout the Front Range, and Denver Metro.

- put offer in on a property I will do a live in flip (hopefully will come to an agreement by year end)- interview local banks to do  HELOC refi's on rentals to free up some cash to buy more rentals in 2015- set up appointments at local banks to learn how to present commercial deals for funding (strategic learning for 2015)- draft a summary packet of 2014 projects- choose a better accounting software

Heard a story on CNBC that even though Japan has one of the highest amounts of issued sovereign bonds, that they basically trade by appointment with according to CNBC something like only a billion dollars a day trading hands.
