I have no experience or education other than running youtube videos and podcasts for the last few days.

@Brian Ellis...yeah I've seen a number of his motivational videos on youtube. 

Go on You Tube and there are a bunch of how to videos on the subject.

watch all the videos on the youtube channel from Clint Coons, he has very good instructional videos on all these concepts and his suggestions are in line with what I eventually did after seeking multiple advices.
