New to RE in New York

Hello BP. My name is Mark Francis and I'm new to real estate investing. I have no experience or education other than running youtube videos and podcasts for the last few days. I am trying to learn as much as I can to be able to thrive in this endeavor. Because I'm new I'm trying to start as a wholesaler to start to generate some kind of capital to work my way up the ladder to have my own investment properties some day.

I also would appreciate any and all tips and tricks, veterans and co-investors. It will help sharpen my skills, hone my focus, increase my drive, and keep me as honest as possible.
