As a newbie to the real estate world, I’m eager to start developing my network and relationships.

So I was talking to a broker that owns a property listed on the MLS in Mesa, Az.I was conversing with him to learn his how and why in investing.I later introduced seller financing as my go to option for obtaining a deal with him, and he laughs at it saying, ''no one in this world would seller finance a property that cash flows.

It’s hard to imagine that without going to a third world country .  

There is an entire world of investors who focus on cabins and lake houses, mainly as short term rentals.
