@Brandon HallI've not heard anything about one of the congress versions moving to characterize rental income via active participation, especially if claiming Professional status, to owe Self Employment tax. 

There are both forgivable and repayable version that help you with 3.5%-5% of the downpayment. 

The BiggerPockets version is better than what most attorneys will give you.

It looks like your web designers are using a really old version of ASP.net, but I'd still push them to see if they can't give you a fresher design.  

I like the new version of Turn Key providers they are soooo much more on top of it than the last group that was pre 08.....
